CANCELLATION POLICY
Late Policy If you are more than 15 minutes late, I cannot guarantee full satifaction within the remaining time we have left. Therefore, your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled. Also, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked will be charged. Cancellation/Reschedule Policy I understand that things happens, but if you cannot make it to your appointment than please contact me ASAP. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked. No Show/ No Call Policy A credit card will be kept on file in case of a no call or no show. No shows or no calls will be charged 100% of the price that was booked. No Refunds If you are concerned or not happy with your results, you have 48 hour to contact me to schedule an appointment to address the problem. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY SERVICE!
